Mr. Zheng Wenmin was hired as Non-Executive Director of Sinochem Holdings in December 2024.

Mr. Zheng is a full-time non-executive director for China's central state-owned enterprises. He was Deputy Director General of the Revenue Planning and Accounting Department of the State Taxation Administration (STA), Director of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Tax Service, the STA, and Director General of the Department of Social Security Contributions Department (Non-tax Revenue Department), the STA.
